Integrated Bodywork is a gentle, individualized approach designed to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support your body's natural ability to heal.
Sessions may incorporate Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy or other gentle manual therapies.
Infant Bodywork
$100
Infant treatments can begin immediately after birth, especially when babies are visibly restricted or uncomfortable — often the case with twin births, or if labor was very long (or very short), cord wrapped around baby’s neck, breech presentation, c-section, etc. Gentle bodywork can help babies move more comfortably, feed more efficiently, and settle more easily.
I schedule one-hour appointments in the home or at my office in Meridian, Idaho. This allows flexibility if baby needs to be soothed or fed during that time.
